Please review the following important information prior to registering for your classes.
NOTICE: Due to the circumstances, our classes will be held over ZOOM virtual meetings until further notice. You will receive an email from Healthcare For Women with instructions on how to attend the class virtually with ZOOM.
You can cancel your class up to 5 business days prior to the class date for a full refund. Keep in mind that the refund will be issued (via PayPal) for the amount of the class minus PayPal fees. If you need to cancel your class, please send your request to HMRC@HC4W.NET.
If you register for the class within the cancellation period (5 business days prior to class date), a cancellation with a full refund will not be allowed but you can reschedule the class to a future date once only (read below Reschedule).
Refund requests received after the class has started will not be honored.
Healthcare for Women reserves the right to cancel/reschedule classes due to low enrollment, inclement weather (for in-person classes), or other unforeseen circumstances. Under these circumstances, if you are unable to transfer/reschedule the class or the class is no longer available, you sent your refund request to HMRC@HC4W.NET.
You are welcome to reschedule your class up to 5 business days prior to the class date. All registrants are entitled to ONE class reschedule per class. Repeated requests for class reschedule will not be granted. If you need to reschedule your class, please send your request to HMRC@HC4W.NET.
Healthcare for Women does not submit to insurance companies for reimbursement of classes. Since there are no medical procedures and diagnosis codes associated with this type of class, we cannot bill your insurance. Most insurance companies do not cover classes.
